Marinas in Trogir or it's close surroundings are ACI marina Trogir, marina Seget Donji, marina Agana and SCT Centre Trogir.

For boats that cannot pass under the bascule-bridge, approach to the port is possible from the west, between Ciovo Island and Celice reef. A good landmark is the green lighthouse on Cape Cubrijan (Fl G 2s 8m 4M), which can be used as a waypoint as well (43°30,7' N 16°14,6' E). For those approaching from the east the way is marked with red and green marks. Sea depth in the passage under the bridge is 4.5 m.

Trogir

ACI marina Trogir - lies on the northern side of Ciovo Island, between Trogir bridge and Cape Cubrijan, facing the town of Trogir. Open All year round. The town of Trogir is situated on an island between the mainland and Ciovo Island. In the channel north of the town the sea is only 2 m deep, and going further it becomes even shallower (1 m). Over this channel, the town is connected with the mainland by a solid bridge, while with Ciovo Island, where the ACI marina is situated, it is connected by a bascule-bridge (2.40 m high) which does not open anymore. Marina Seget Donji - is placed in central Dalmatia, near Trogir at only 7 km distance from the Split airport and 30 km to the highway A1. Seget Donji has a very developed infrastructure which makes it the perfect point for a yachting marina. The yacht base Seget Donji is opened all year round. There are 100 berths on the sea and another 100 on the land, all are equipped with electricity and water. The marina has its own reception, parking area, sanitary arrangements (toilet and shower), cafe, playground, shop for nautical equipment, sales office, service facilities, and crane.

Trogir

Marina Agana - On 6 piers and pontoons, a total length of 470 m, Agana has 134 berths that can take boats up till 25 m lengths. Sea depth on marina entrance is 7 m, diminishing from 6 m on pier A to 3m on pier F which accommodates smaller vessels. Vessels are moored stern to, while the bow is tied to the mooring block, placed in the sea, with a 24 mm rope. Mooring line is tied to the pier and easily reachable. All berths are equipped with power (220 or 380 V) and water supply (1-inch taps). Cost of using water and electricity is included in the basic price of a berth. The small, narrow streets and small village squares, numerous restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and galleries, along with numerous cultural and music open-air events give this town a special atmosphere of the Mediterranean.
